Please note that all bookings need to be pre-paid within 24 hours after making the booking however we do offer a cancellation policy.

 

We all lead busy lives, and sometimes life gets in the way.  In order for me to offer the highest quality service, to all my patients, I require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation or change of appointment time.  In this event your prepayment will be refunded in full.

 

In the rare event that you may need to cancel on short notice, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply if it is within 24 hours and this is enforced at my discretion. A no-show will result in a 100% appointment fee.
